The calendar has ticked over officially from the chill of winter to the warmth of spring. Okay, it hasn’t exactly warmed up yet, but one can start planning for the warmer weather, right? From an undergarment perspective, convertible bras are the bra for the season.
As the weather warms up, the way your support the girls will change. All winter you’ve worn clothing that is all about covering as much skin as possible unless you live in Hawaii. If you do live in Hawaii, I am insanely jealous but that is a subject for another article. For the rest of us peasants, the winter is about coverage and keeping the girls warm. Spring changes all that.
Spring fashion is about showing a bit more skin. As temperatures warm up, you can exchange those turtlenecks for sleeveless tops and sun dresses. The full coverage bras you wore through winter don’t exactly look great with such outfits. Depending on the cuts of your spring tops, you might need to go with a one strap or no strap bra. Conversely, you might need a racer-back configuration that provides full support, but keeps the straps closer to the base of the neck. You can buy individual bras for all these looks, but going with a couple convertible bras might be a better choice.
What is a convertible bra? It is essentially what the name suggests. The bra has straps that can be removed or reconfigured. This makes the brassiere incredibly flexible when it comes to configuring it to particular tops. It can be tailored to practically any look by removing the straps, but the added benefit is the straps can often be moved inward or outward on the cups to create a different vertical line as the straps move up your chest, past the neck and down your back.
So, should you add just one convertible bra to your collection? Nope. Get a couple. What happens is you get used to the comfort and flexibility of the bra. Soon you’ll start wearing it instead of your other bras. The wear and tear can make the bra fall apart quickly. To avoid this, find one convertible bra that fits well and is comfortable. Then buy a few of the bras so that you’ll be able to switch the bras out between cleanings. Remember, you shouldn’t wear a bra more than two days in a row without washing it.
Spring is a time to fling off those heavy, warm winter clothes. Replace your full coverage bras with convertible ones and you’ll be set for just about any top you’ll wear as the temperatures start to warm up.

Summer comes and goes but the smell of the beach and the feel of the weather under the shade of the Hawaiian coast still lingers until the next summer approaches.
Another thing that has been lingering in the 21st century is the beachwear. From swimsuits to bikinis to hats and UV suits, the story has always been the same that glamour has become the new buzz word in the beachwear fashion scene. The fashion trend in the beachwear though with the same basics has brought some new things.
Swimsuits
There is no beachwear without swimsuits. They are as eternal as the beach and its never ending glory. But through the years most women who have enjoyed the swimsuits in their usual form soon after three kids or more feel the motherhood bug has bitten them and are now wishing to hide particular body parts. In the 21st century mothers and other proponents of some little privacy have the ‘rash guard’ to appreciate about. Rash guard uses the very similar material as the swimsuit and it is fashioned similar to a mock turtleneck. It doesn’t stretch and one need not fear exposure of private body parts. It also helps to maintain the elusive dark tan from San Tropez.
Bikini
Summer is totally incomplete without bikinis for ladies. Get one for yourself and because they never go out of stock. Bikini swimwear is available in different colors. For summer it is better to get a bikini that is pink, orange, red or sometimes golden color ranges. As you visit the beach this summer or go swimming a bikini is a must have for every lady. Moreover there is the ‘tankinis’ this is where the top is a tank top style and the bottom is the traditional bikini. Most folks now prefer the tankinis over the traditional bikinis because it adds a touch of design coupled with functionality.

We all have our favorite bras. You know – the couple that you wear over and over despite the fact you bra drawer has about 10 others that have magically appeared over the years. If you aren’t careful, however, you can run into subtle bra problems and not realize it.
Let me ask you a question that might seem obvious. Do you suffer from headaches or back pain? You’re probably thinking that everyone does and, well, you’re right. Stress does a number on all of us, but you might just find that the big “S” isn’t the problem. Instead, it could be how your girls are interacting with your bra.
Your bra should provide support from the bottom up, not the top down. What does this mean? It means that your bra should not hang from your shoulder. The band around the base should be the primary support mechanism. Do you have red marks on your shoulders where the straps sit? If so, you are wearing the bra incorrectly and are likely suffering back and neck pains as well as headaches. Switching to a bra that provides support from the bottom will make a world of difference.
Assuming you have the bottom up approach correct, another subtle problem that can arise is the sliding back issue. Your bra should ride parallel around your torso. This means that if you put your arms up and look in a mirror at your side, the band of the bra on the front and back of your torso should be at the same level. Fortunately, this tends to be the case just naturally in the way we put our bras on. That doesn’t mean a problem can’t still arise.
Your bra moves about during the day. As it moves, fitting problems can come to forefront. One of the common, but subtle, issues is the band starts to ride up your back. As you go through the day, it will slide slightly higher and higher. You may not notice it, but it will cause you to hunch your shoulders and will also remove most of the support in the front. Look at yourself from the side the next few days when you get home and change clothes. If you find your bra doing this, try tightening the band. Sometimes, you just have to settle for readjusting it every afternoon. Regardless, you will feel better once you stop hunching your shoulders.
For most women, getting a handle on these two issues can make a huge difference in how comfortable a bra is. Worn as intended, bras can be a real joy.

The vast majority wear a bra that is the wrong size for their body. Given this fact, most women aren’t entirely sure what a bra that fits well should feel like. In this article, we provide an answer to that question.
To find the perfect fit in a bra, it is first important to understand the basic function of a bra. Anything with straps suggests a support via hanging component. This is actually incorrect when it comes to bras. A bra should provide roughly 80 percent of the support from the band circling around the bottom of the bra. Put another way, a bra should be doing more pushing up than hanging when it comes to supporting the breasts.
Overall, a bra that fits perfectly will be comfortable first and foremost. When wearing it, your breasts should be sitting midway between your shoulders and your elbows. The band should be snug around your upper chest and back, but not too constricting. No part of the bra should be leaving red lines or spots.
The band running around the base of the bra is incredibly important. This is where you are going to get the vast majority of your support. Get the band right and you will feel much more comfortable. When buying a bra, start with size that fits on the loosest hook. Now constrict the size so that the band is firmly fit around the body, but not too tight. Your goal is to have the band run parallel to the floor around your body. It should be as high on your chest as it is on your back. A quick way to test the fit is to see if two fingers can fit snugly under the band.
The cup size is our next most important factor. Be honest with your cup sizes. If you are bulging out of the cup, you need to go up a size. If there are gaps between the cups and the breast, you need to go down a size. It is that simple. With underwire bras, you can adjust up or down to make sure the wires don’t press into the inside of your breast or arm.
Bra straps are incredibly misunderstood. They are supposed to be supplemental support to your girls, not the primary support. The band serves that purpose. To get the perfect fit, your bra straps should be secure but not tight. If they leave red marks, they are too tight. It is better to have them to loose than too tight, so adjust accordingly.
That is it. Focus on the general concept of support from the bottom up and you should be able to find a bra that is perfect for you.

Most women look at lingerie more as a part of their wardrobe than just something sexy to wear at bedtime. When they shop they are looking for comfort over sexiness in most instances. Don’t get me wrong women buy lingerie to look sexy as well, but for men that is the only reason for lingerie! Men like garments that are revealing and skimpy allowing them to get a glimpse of forbidden parts of a woman’s body. Most men will like something very form fitting, sexy, and revealing plus when you throw in a pair of stiletto heels that brings together a combination that will drive a man insane. Let’s take a look at some of the lingerie items that men like to see women wear.
The number one thing that most men think of first is the negligee. This is something that every woman who has a man needs to have. All men go crazy at the sight of their woman in a sexy sheer negligee. Another type that gets a man going is silk, it feels so soft and when they caress the material and then reach your soft skin it just makes them go wild. Choose one that fits your body well and accentuates your curves in all the right places. Basic colors like white, black, and red are perfect for sheer negligees.
The teddy is another popular item with men. These tiny little one piece garments come in a variety of styles. You can opt for one that is solid made of silk or you can choose one that combine silk and sheer or lace for an even sexier look. Men love these in soft pastel colors as well as red, blue or purple. This is another item that should really be a must have.
As a man I can tell you that another thing that drives a man wild is the G-string. When I know that a woman is wearing a G-string there is something that is so hot and sexy about it. Another thing that is incredibly sexy is a see through lace bra worn with a shirt opened just enough to get a peak at it. Lace is something that drives all men wild. Stick with colors like red, black, and white to really get a man steamed up. If you are going for a totally sexy look, choose matching bra, G-string, stockings, and garters and you cannot go wrong.
Play outfits are another style of garment that will excite your man. Trust me, my wife wore a naughty nurse outfit last Halloween and every man was going nuts over it, needless to say I couldn’t wait to get her home. Another one that gets a man going is the naughty school girl look. Have fun with these outfits and your man will love you for it.
